1. Agreement
By using Neurio you agree to these terms. Neurio is operated by Coretech AI LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in Georgia. If you don’t agree with these terms, please don’t use the service.
2. The service
Neurio connects to your calendar and, optionally, records, transcribes and summarizes meetings using AI. Features may change as we improve the product.
3. Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Neurio.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- record meetings without the consent required by applicable law in your jurisdiction;
- upload illegal content, or content you don’t have the right to process;
- attempt to break, reverse-engineer or overload the service;
- use Neurio to build a competing product.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of your meetings, recordings and notes. You grant us a limited license to process and store this content solely to provide the service — including sending it to AI sub-processors for transcription and summarization, as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. AI output
Summaries and transcripts are generated automatically and may contain errors. Don’t rely on them for legal, medical, financial or other critical decisions without review.
7. Plans, billing and cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider (Flitt). You can cancel at any time and access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
8. Third-party services
Neurio relies on third-party providers to operate, including Google (Gemini), Recall.ai, Flitt, Resend, InstantDB and Railway, and integrates with services you connect such as Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms. The full list is in our Privacy Policy.
9. Service availability
We aim for high uptime but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
10. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
11. Disclaimer
Neurio is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent allowed by law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
14. Changes
We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
