1. Who we are
Neurio is a product of Coretech AI LLC, a company registered in Georgia. In this policy “Neurio”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Coretech AI LLC. You can reach us at info@neurio.ai.
2. What we collect
- Account info — your email address, used for magic-link sign-in.
- Calendar metadata — meeting titles, times, attendees and descriptions, when you connect Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook.
- Meeting content — audio recordings, transcripts, AI-generated summaries, action items and decisions for meetings you choose to record.
- Organization data — folders, notes and share-link settings you create.
- Billing data — handled by our payment provider (Flitt). We store only your subscription status and identifiers, never card numbers.
- Technical data — minimal server logs (IP address, user agent, request paths) used for security and debugging.
3. How we use it
We use your data to provide the service: connect your calendar, transcribe and summarize meetings, send magic-link emails and product notifications, run billing, and keep the service secure.
4. Sharing & sub-processors
We don’t sell your data. We share it only with vendors that help us run Neurio:
- Railway — application hosting (EU, Frankfurt region).
- InstantDB — database for your account and meeting metadata.
- Recall.ai — the meeting bot that joins your calls (Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams) to capture audio and video so we can transcribe and summarize them.
- Google Gemini API — AI transcription and summarization of meeting content. We use Gemini under Google’s Zero Data Retention (ZDR) terms, so your content isn’t retained by Google or used to train their models.
- Flitt — payment processing for paid plans.
- Resend — transactional email delivery (magic-link sign-in and product notifications).
Integrations you connect
With your explicit authorization, Neurio also connects to services you already use:
- Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook (Microsoft Graph) — to read the calendar events you choose to sync. You can revoke access at any time from your Google or Microsoft account settings.
Google API limited use
Neurio’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google Calendar data only to provide and improve user-facing calendar sync and automatic meeting-recording features. Where needed, we share Google Calendar data with subprocessors such as Recall.ai solely to schedule and operate the meeting bot. We don’t sell Google user data, use it for advertising, use it to train general AI models, or allow human access except when necessary for support, security, legal compliance, or with your explicit permission.
5. Where your data is stored
Neurio is hosted in the EU (Railway, Frankfurt region). Some sub-processors (for example Google and Recall.ai) may process data outside the EU under their own safeguards.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your meeting recordings, transcripts and summaries until you delete them or close your account. Account data is removed within 30 days of account closure, except where we’re required to keep records (for example billing history) for longer.
7. Your rights
You can access, export, correct or delete your data at any time from the app, or by emailing info@neurio.ai. Because we use magic-link sign-in, we never store passwords.
8. Cookies
We use only essential cookies needed to keep you signed in. We don’t use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
9. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). We restrict internal access on a need-to-know basis and use reputable infrastructure providers.
10. Children
Neurio is not intended for users under 16.
11. Changes to this policy
We’ll update the “Last updated” date above when this policy changes, and for material changes we’ll notify you by email.
